My Czech hostel Gostivarj consists of several buildings – budova, which are interconnected by corridors, a card is needed to pass through the doors of these corridors. I live in the seventh budova. Barely somehow, with all my things, I dragged myself to my ubytovna, went up to the 2nd floor and finally went into my room. The first impression was good, everything was light, clean, lots of light, there is hot water. There’s not much space, of course, but I think that’s the case in all dormitories. One of the disadvantages is a spider web in the corners of the toilet, there are no drawers that lock with a key, very good audibility (you can hear someone closing the door at the end of the corridor).

The kitchen in the dormitory at the University in Prague is designed for the entire floor, that is, for 20 people. The kitchen upset me – dirty, no oven, constantly smells of something unpleasant. On each floor there is a separate room where you can dry your things. There is a washing machine and an iron, but I haven’t used them yet. The next day I paid a deposit for the hostel of 5000 kronor, which I have to return if I don’t break anything here and received the original of my accommodation agreement. From that moment on, I began to officially live in my hostel in Prague.

I have been living for several days, always absolutely quiet, no one makes noise. I don’t have a roommate in the dormitory of Charles University yet. In general, I like everything, it is possible to live and even very comfortable!
